The other day I saw a child standing on the edge of the big fountain at the entrance of San Anton Gardens feeding the fish.

If he were to slip into the fountain it would have been impossible for him to get out of the water. The fountain is quite deep, full to the brim and the inside is sloping and slippery so that even if a grown up were to jump and save him, it would be difficult for them to get out.

May I draw the attention of the management of ELC to put up a barrier to avoid a fatal accident.
