Hazardous water bowsers

I refer to the traffic accident in which a woman was involved in a collision with a water bowser on December 13 Road, in Marsa.

My worst nightmare came true unfortunately.

Last week I was passing through the same road when all of a sudden in the curved road I suddenly came across a water bowser belonging to the Department of Agriculture.

There were no warning cones on the road, just a man watering the plants. I took quick action to avoid a collision. Alas, the woman involved in the accident was not so lucky.

I appeal to the authorities to take preventive measures in order to avoid such incidents.
