Bupa has opened a customer service desk at St James Hospital, in Sliema.

This has been made possible through an agreement between the hospital and Bupa Agencies Ltd, a member of The Global Group.

Through the Bupa desk, in-patients and out-patients having queries relating to their Bupa cover will be offered assistance regarding direct bill settlement and completion of the relevant claim forms which enables the claim to be addressed more promptly.

In addition, patients who would have received treatment at the hospital and who are covered by a Bupa policy may now present their claim at the Bupa desk.

Bupa has been exclusively represented in Malta since the early 1970s by Bupa Agencies Ltd.
