I refer the letter Customer Service?' by Helen Catania (September 28). Go would like to inform the public that when calling the directory enquiry services (1182), numbers of customers registered with Go, Go Mobile and Vodafone can be obtained.

In her letter Ms Catania expressed her dissatisfaction at the fact that she was not given the phone number of Melita Digital Cable, which is a Hello number. Go confirms this, and confirms also that 1182 representatives cannot give out phone numbers of any Hello customers.

This is due to the fact that until the date this letter is being written, Go, and possibly the other operators, does not have access to the database of registered Hello customers. Until this happens, Go's directory service cannot provide such phone numbers.
