The Ghaqda Persuni Neqsin mis-Smiegh (the association for the hearing-impaired) has received a Lm2,000 donation from the HSBC Cares For Children Fund.

The money will be used to cover the costs of providing a sign language interpreter and other educational initiatives for young students with hearing difficulties. The donation was presented to the association's president, Dorianne Bezzina (third from left) by HSBC Cares For Children Fund chairman Catherine Gonzi (second from left).

In the picture they are seen with a sign language interpreter and some students.
