Hibs Go Mobile's recovery continues

Hibs Go Mobile continued with their recovery after a slow start. Last weekend, they crossed the channel to the sister island and handsomely beat Gozo as Naxxar Danone disposed of Hamrun Liberty Tivoli while Luxol Vodafone had an easy ride on Kerygma.

In Victoria, Hibs were collecting their fourth consecutive victory after losing their opening two matches. The hosts were no match for their rivals as they succumbed to an 86-33 loss.

After potting the first 13 points, Hibs never looked back as they changed ends 42-13 ahead. With the Gozitans unable to raise their game, Hibs were able to control the match with relative ease.

Luxol were never troubled by lowly Kerygma. They shot into the lead right from the jumpball going on to hold a comfortable lead till lemon time - 45-8. Luxol continued to dictate matters till the end to win 79-20.

Naxxar consolidated their fourth placing with a strong showing against Hamrun. After a balanced first session, 15-12, Naxxar started pulling away in the next quarter to lead 32-19 at half-time. Hamrun were never allowed any chance to get back into the game as Naxxar went on to win 58-35.
