Food safety is a priority for the hotel and its team is motivated to maintain a high level of quality to ensure a pleasant holiday for its guests. Therefore, the hotel’s team, through regular food check audits, strives to keep a high score.

Cristal International Standards are global leaders in systems and services for brand quality, food handling standards and related risk management.

By running monthly audits, compliance reports and spot checks Cristal International Standards are able to ensure a healthy and safe hotel environment both for guests and employees.

Meeting the Cristal International Standards takes constant efforts, as well as implementing and maintaining stringent procedures. The hotel’s quality manager, together with the executive chef, worked tirelessly in order to receive this important certificate.

Achieving the certificate was a long process that required team work, vigilance and consistency. Every month, an auditor from Cristal International Standards visits the hotel as a mysterious guest and carries out a food check audit. The first criteria for being certified is achieving a high percentage score for three consecutive months.
