Hilton Malta achieved an overall score of 99 per cent guest satisfaction for the period October/December 2003, making it the highest score the hotel has ever achieved since the opening in March 2000.

The guest satisfaction tracking survey is a tool that enables the Hilton to measure how satisfied guests are with the Hilton product and service.

The percentage puts the Hilton Malta in first position for the second time in 2003 from among the 75 hotels in Europe and Africa.

Hilton Malta also placed first in November 2003 with a score of 95 per cent. The hotel has always enjoyed an excellent overall GSTS score with Hilton Malta being among the top 10 Hilton hotels in Europe and Africa.

The programme is now in its fourth year and over 300,000 guests in over 60 countries are mailed a questionnaire every year, with about 60,000 replying.

The questionnaire has been translated into 15 languages and processed by an independent company which draws up the monthly report and ranking.
