Last Sunday I featured a letter from Edmund Barbara, who had commissioned David Isaac for plastering works. Subsequently, last Wednesday, Mr Barbara and I had a meeting with Mr Isaac and, among other matters, we discussed the issue in which Mr Barbara had paid Mr Isaac a Lm500 deposit.
