The law is being resisted locally. Compare the picture shown on The Times of horses in Turkey wearing aprons. The distance between the horses linked to the Turkish cab shaft is far longer than that of our karozzini.

The picture of our karozzin clearly shows this fact. The Maltese horse is linked much closer to the karozzin. Reason for this is to make life easier on our horses when passengers are on board due to slight hills these creatures have to undertake in their daily work routine.

These horses and their owners seem to have been taken from one injustice to another. Shame on those who are already responsible for the removal of the horse shelter together with the water and drainage facilities in Valletta.
