HSBC's Customs branch has won the bank's Branch of the Quarter Customer Service Award, for the second consecutive quarter.

Other customer service awards went to HSBC Mosta area as the best area and HSBC's Training Department as the best department within the bank.

The first two awards are based on feedback from customers, whilst the best department award is based on feedback from HSBC employees nominating the departments offering them best assistance and service internally.
