HSBC Structured Funds SICAV holds third AGM
HSBC Structured Funds SICAV plc (HSFs) held its third annual general meeting last month. During the meeting, the annual report and audited financial statements for the year ended July 31 were approved. Professor Edward Scicluna was re-appointed chairman.

During the meeting, the annual report and audited financial statements for the year ended July 31 were approved.
Professor Edward Scicluna was re-appointed chairman. Joseph D. Camilleri and Notary Clyde La Rosa were appointed directors of the HSBC Management (Malta) Fund. KPMG were reappointed auditors.
Mr Camilleri gave a brief overview of recent developments in international capital markets and responded to a number of queries raised by investors. He also discussed the main features of the six funds within the company, which offer full or partial capital protection as well as opportunities of growth linked to the performance of various indices.
HSBC Fund Management (Malta) investments manager Kristian Cassar delivered a detailed presentation on the fund's performance during the past year. He also reviewed developments in the international equity markets and commented on the outlook for the next 12 months.
