Candidates could only apply for one competition within the main block of the first wave competitions (namely the LA8, A8 and C5 competitions published on May 22, 2003). The e-registration programme has been constructed in such a way that it will accept only one application for competitions covered by this restriction. Candidates had to choose the competition which best matches their profile and career aspirations.
