An extensive programme of part time courses has been launched by Future Focus Ltd of Floriana as part of its mission to enhance the skills and knowledge of full and part-time employees working in various industries.
Courses include programmes for employees in the tourism and hospitality industry. Courses are being held at various times so that participants will be able to choose the best time suited for their needs. Family- friendly measures have been introduced and child care facilities are available during lectures.
One popular and successful set of courses is "Sales Management and Marketing". Four out of the eight students who received their results in the past few weeks obtained a distinction. Successful students will be presented with their diploma certificates in a ceremony in mid-May. Once again, many employers have recognised the need for a professional approach to sales and are sending employees for training.
Currently, there are over 100 part-time students registered for training at Future Focus. Twelve of these are the first group following a Diploma in Purchasing and Resourcing Management. This diploma is the first of its kind in Malta. A diploma programme in Stores Management and Stock Control will commence in May.
Other diploma courses deal with modern management, human resources, advertising and public relations, Business Economics and Commerce and Business English. Business French and Business German wil be available shortly.
Future Focus represents Cambridge International College and prepares students for examinations which are set and marked in the UK.
Diplomas are issued by Cambridge International College. Successful students can further their studies with an Honours graduate diploma, a Bachelors in Business Administration or an MBA.
Two hour sessions are held once weekly over a period of four months. Further details are available from the Website: http://www.futurefocus.com.mt or by e-mail info@futurefocus.com.mt or futurefocus@onvol.net or on tel 2123-2556 or 2122-5884.
