A 27-year-old man from Birkirkara was slightly injured yesterday in a collision on the Sta Venera bypass.

The man was driving a Honda Civic and the other vehicle was a Peugeot 205 driven by an 18-year-old from Zejtun.

The Birkirkara man had to be taken out of his car by members of the civil protection department, the police said.

He was taken to hospital but was allowed out after treatment.

Msida police are investigating.
