International five-star property award for Dhalia Real Estate

Dhalia Real Estate was given a five-star award and voted Best Real Estate Agency in Malta at this year's edition of the Bentley International Property Awards. In the International property world these annual awards are equivalent to film Oscars.

A five-star award is given to companies which reach the highest levels of achievement in its field. The award is in recogniton for Dhalia's overall achievements in sales and marketing, corporate strategy and customer service.

The award was presented to Dhalia's chairman and CEO Franco Valletta at a ceremony held at the London Marriott Hotel earlier this month. Mr Valletta was accompanied by Dhalia's marketing manager Gordon Naudi.

Speaking about this prestigious award Mr Valletta said it was a very special day for Dhalia Real Estate. Winning such prestigious international acclaim gives the company tremendous motivation and "encourages us to persist in our efforts".

This award also acknowledges the company's ongoing strategy to expand its operations overseas and create greater awareness of the Maltese property market locally and abroad.

The English press refers to these awards as being "the world's most coveted property awards, presented to the winners of the world's best developments and real estate agencies".

The International Property Awards, sponsored by International Homes and the Daily Mail, are now entering their 11th year.

This annual contest is open to all companies working in the residential property industry around the world. The award categories cover a wide range of activities and services connected to the property business and include development, interior design, architecture, property advertising, marketing and estate agency services.
