"This is an exciting year for me because I've been relatively quite low profile the past year or so compared to previous years and I believe it has given me space to look at things from a different perspective," Ira said.
"It's very easy to get drawn in the routine of job requests and get trapped into a lifestyle which distracts you from the main objective. I hate being predictable and I can't stand routines and working formulas , may it be in music or projects. I am using all my past experiences to my advantage but I am still determined to learn more and experience new things. '"
Ira Losco will be performing at other international events in the near future, inlcuding sharing the stage with Lucio Dalla, Max Gazze and other Italian Sanremo stars.
She is also working on a new album for release at the end of this year.
