I refer to letters about "cats removed from public gardens". ELC is pleased to inform all concerned that some cats have been moved from San Anton Gardens to Wied Incita Nursery, where they are being taken care of by workers of the company.

We are also pleased to inform interested parties that a litter of kittens which had been abandoned at San Anton, thanks to our Ms Rita Cachia, have now found suitable homes.

We have recently had an unofficial visit by a representative of the SPCA at Wied Incita where she could vouch for the fact that these cats are happy and well cared for.

Nevertheless I wish to invite all those who wish to check for themselves to contact us in this regard. They would be able to see that Wied Incita, with about 140 tumoli of enclosed land area, is more that an ideal home for our feline friends.

By the way, the undersigned and most of our workers are cat lovers as much as your correspondents Ms A. Fenech, Ms Katrina Borg-Cardona and Ms C. Camilleri.

Finally may I invite Mr Kenneth Cassar of Animal Rights Malta to contact us .
