MaltaNET, the internet service provider forming part of the Maltacom group, has joined other organisations around the globe to celebrate Customer Service Week, which ends today.
The aim of the week was to create a positive message that lasts all year long and to provide a productive opportunity to generate an even stronger commitment to towards customer service excellence.
The company's employees were involved in phoning maltaNET customers as part of a customer satisfaction survey. They were also shown a video on how to improve customer service.
Commenting on the event, David Gatt, maltaNET's customer services executive said: "Can we ever thank our front liners enough? Customer Service Week is the perfect time to thank everyone for their hard work and dedication to service. It is a perfect way for employees who do not have the opportunity of meeting clients on a day to day basis, to appreciate the work of front liners and the problems they and our customers encounter. It is an opportunity to underline our values of quality and innovation towards customer satisfaction throughout the company".
