IT training, careers evening

A careers evening on the benefits of studying IT will be held on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Corinthia San Ġorġ Hotel, St Julian's, by Key Training Services.

IT professionals will present current and potential future opportunities in industry and the qualifications needed for this career path while Key Training Services will unveil its new diploma and degree courses running in collaboration with the British Computer Society (BCS). The financial assistance available under the My Potential scheme, which practically refunds the cost of such tuition, will also be explained.

A number of top IT companies such as Mita, GFI, 6PM and PENTASIA are expected to be present to discuss job prospects in these companies and provide information on employee requirements.
