Malta's Institute of Tourism Studies and the Kobe International University in Japan will be collaborating on a four-year bachelor's course in international hospitality management. 

Students who sign up for the course will spend two years in Japan and another two years in Malta. 

Details of the course were announced on Wednesday during the signing of an agreement by tourism minister Clayton Bartolo and Chargé d’Affaires Tadahiko Yamaguchi.
