HSBC is undertaking a major upgrade of its branches and ATMs around Malta and Gozo. The bank is inviting the public to visit the revamped, modern and user-friendly branches, complete with piped background music, ATMs and deposit machines, and, increasingly, Plasma TV screens and coffee machines, and experience a marked difference, not only in the branch environment but also in the type of consumer service being given.
Ray Briffa, HSBC's head of Branch Banking, said: "All my colleagues are looking forward to meeting new and prospective customers to show them round the stylish, welcoming branches, and have a chat.
"We want to show people who have not yet banked with us why HSBC is the best place to bank and the best place to work. Try us and see!"
HSBC has 41 branches and agencies in Malta and Gozo, as well as a new Business Banking Centre, located alongside HSBC's Operations Centre in Qormi.
