Etienne Anthony Mangion, 30, of Sta Lucija, was jailed for six months and fined Lm200 after being found guilty of heroin and cannabis possession.

The court ordered that unless the fine was paid within three months it would be converted into 40 days in jail.

Police Superintendent Neil Harrison prosecuted.
