Jason Azzopardi says his front door was vandalised
Lawyer and former MP wrote to the police commissioner on Monday
Former PN MP Jason Azzopardi said the front door to his apartment block was vandalised over the weekend.
In a letter addressed to police commissioner Angelo Gafa and sent to a number of journalists, Azzopardi said a glass door at the entrance to his apartment block was shattered on Saturday night or early Sunday morning.

This time, aside from just shattering the door, vandals also damaged the door to the block’s lift, putting it out of order for all the block’s residents.
In his letter, Azzopardi said these incidents took place “after Karl Stagno Navarra published where I live”.
Azzopardi was referring to a confrontation between the two caught on film earlier this year. In the footage, Stagno Navarra is seen confronting Azzopardi as the latter exits his car in a public car park.
The confrontation occurred shortly after Azzopardi was informed that the police protection he had been receiving was revoked, an issue that Azzopardi referenced in his letter on Monday.
“The fact that you maliciously removed my protection is bearing the fruit that you worked for and for which you are personally responsible,” Azzopardi told the police commissioner.
