A total of 150 tickets have been given away for the Joseph Calleja, Dionne Warwick and Riccardo Cocciante concert at the Granaries in Floriana on Saturday.

The winners were picked from hundreds who took part in a competition organised by The Sunday Times in collaboration with concert organisers NNG Promotions.

Tickets will be posted to the winners. The Times ran a similar competition last Thursday and the winners will be announced shortly.

Meanwhile, NNG has announced that world-renowned conductor Leonardo De Amicis (pictured above) will be one of three conductors for Saturday's concert, along with Paul Bateman and Kathy Rubicco.

Mr De Amicis conducted and produced music for some of the main Italian artists, including Mr Cocciante and Gianni Morandi. In 1999, the Vatican chose him as composer, conductor and producer of Pope John Paul II's Abba Pater.
