Education Minister Dolores Cristina assured Parliament yesterday that this year's June 7th remembrance celebrations would be held according to the agreement reached between the government and opposition in March 1990. She was answering questions by Labour MPs, Leo Brincat and Owen Bonnici, who asked where the ceremony would be held in the absence of the Sette Giugno Monument from the St George's Square in Valletta.

The Minister said preparations for the ceremony have not yet begun.
