Gastronomy is a highlight in the magazine

The hot summer months are, despite the scorching sun, also an occasion for people to enjoy a different aspect of Gozo. Its feasts are perhaps the island’s most prominent element, but as indicated by the front-page photo of the June-July edition (no. 1,069) of the Gozo diocese magazine Il-Ħajja f’Għawdex, gastronomy plays an important part too.

The latest edition also contains articles on themes such as photography, sport, youth entrepreneurship, as well as an important anniversary the Universal Church is celebrating this year – that of the 1,700th anniversary of the Nicene Creed, which is still a key expression of Christian faith to this day.
