Orientation sessions for prospective Junior College students are to be held on Wednes-day, July 23, in the Temi Zammit Hall, University of Malta, where they will be able to meet officials and will be given counselling and guidance as to the various options available. The two-year course is specifically designed for prospective University of Malta students.

Application forms for entry to the Junior College and information regarding requirements for the 2005 entry into specific degree courses at the University will also be available.

Applications may be submitted between August 19 and 22. The qualifications needed for admission to the first year of the Junior College are six passes in the Secondary Education Certificate examination at Grade 5 or better, or equivalent. Passes in English Language, Maltese, Mathematics, one of Physics, Chemistry or Biology and any other two subjects are required.
