As mentioned in Joe Busuttil's letter on October 27 - the "gas tank"/Kappara roundabout is just that - a roundabout!

Unfortunately, there are many more people than he who do not seem to know who has right of way at a roundabout, or that you should stop at stop signs, steady amber and red traffic lights etc. or that you should indicate well before changing lane or direction.

That is why our roads are so congested and sometimes deadly to negotiate.

Can I suggest that those who are not sure about how to drive, read the Highway Code before they kill someone?
