The Labour Party has appointed Ronald Vassallo as its new Director of Communications, replacing Aleander Balzan. 

Mr Vassallo, 23, has been working as a communications coordinator within the party for the last 18 months. He has a Masters in Politics, Law and European Economy. 

The PL thanked Mr Balzan for his work in the role.
