The Labour Party has protested with Public Broadcasting Services chief executive Andrew Psaila over TVM's treatment of statements issued by the MLP in the last few days.

MLP media executive Mark Farrugia said PBS did not find the space to report statements by Marie Louise Coleiro and Carmelo Abela on various issues, including children's allowance, occupational health and safety and the merger of Adelaide Cini and Maria Assunta schools.

Mr Farrugia said PBS had the duty to broadcast statements issued by Labour speakers and was therefore insisting for an explanation and a remedy.
