Larissa Redaelli, a Swiss national, is a licensed Neuro-Linguistic Programming Trainer and Master Practitioner from Advanced Neuro Dynamics, Sydney, and by the American Board of NLP (ABNLP).

She also obtained further licentiate through her specialisation in Time-Line Therapy and Hypnosis from the same Advanced Neuro Dynamics in Sydney, recognised by the respective boards of Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis.

Ms Redaelli has vast working experience abroad in sales and marketing, management consultancy and training. She has been working in Malta since 2004 on a series of training and consultancy projects in various fields and organisations. She is now the managing director of international training and consultancy company New Training Dynamics Ltd, currently based in Malta.
