Last Supper display in Sliema

The display will feature life-size statues and various sacred objects

The Kummissjoni Festi Parroċċa Santwarju Madonna tas-Sacro Cuor, in collaboration with the Soċjetà Filarmonika Sliema, is putting on a Holy Week exhibition from March 27 to April 3.

Imago Christi will feature an artistic representation of the Last Supper with life-size statues, together with various sacred objects and exhibits related to the Passion of Jesus Christ.

The exhibition will be held at the premises of the Socjetà Filarmonika Sliema, at 34, St Trophimus Street, Sliema (opposite the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart of Jesus).

It will be open on March 27, 28, 30, 31 and April 1 from 5 to 8pm; on Palm Sunday from 8am to noon and from 5 to 8pm; on Maundy Thursday from 5 to 10pm; and on Good Friday from 8am to noon.

Everyone is invited to visit the exhibition and reflect on the mystery of the Passion of Jesus Christ during this sacred time.
