This is a photo of a local warden riding his scooter with his registration number plate partially covered. Ironically, a few months ago I was fined because the registration number plate on my vehicle was not clearly visible because I went through a pool of mud and this splashed all over my vehicle.

The saying "practise what you preach" should apply here or, shall we say "all men are created equal but some are more equal than others".
