Leadership course

People & Co. are offering a course entitled Leadership in action: management and career development programmes. The six-day course will be held between January 13 and 29.

This innovative, highly interactive programme will help student focus on career and management objectives and develop leadership, negotiation, team-building, feedback and presentation skills.

Each student will receive individual attention, including a personality assessment carried out by a qualified assessor. The programme also involves outdoor team and motivational activities.

Groups are kept small to maximise roleplay effectiveness and individual attention. At the end of the programme, students will complete a sophisticated career development action plan and career counselling.

The course is ideal for those who wish to focus on and refine practical management skills, rather than take a more theoretical programme, and for those who wish to explore different approaches to management training and learning styles, as well as to find out more about themselves and their career objectives before making important decisions about diploma, degree and MBA courses.
