Leadership workshops at Maltacom

Maltacom Training College has held a one-day workshop entitled 'Leadership for Business Success', for executive senior managers as part of the group's training strategy.

Chris Phillips, a management development consultant and trainer, conducted the workshop, which provided a framework for developing effective leadership, leading to improved motivation and productivity throughout the business.

Mr Phillips is also running a more in-depth workshop on leadership skills for 180 senior officers of the group.

Participants are learning the importance of effective leadership as part of managing people and understanding what leaders do to achieve results.
