Two drivers critically injured in head-on crash between truck and bus in Mosta
Following the impact, the bus rolled back and crashed into three other vehicles, five passengers injured

Two drivers were critically injured on Thursday in a head-on collision between a truck and a bus in Mosta which also involved three other vehicles.
The accident was reported at around noon on Triq Zejfa, which leads onto Triq il-Missjunarji Maltin.
The road has been closed to traffic. Photo: Chris Sant FournierUpon impact, the bus, which was headed in the direction of Rabat, rolled backwards, hitting another three vehicles, crashing into the traffic barrier and stopping on the pavement just outside the garden fence of a residence.
The police said the driver of the Isuzu delivery truck, a 49-year old man who lives in Hamrun, and the bus driver, a 49-year old man living in Luqa, were both taken to Mater Dei Hospital suffering from serious injuries.
The bus came to a halt when it hit a central strip. Photo: Chris Sant FournierCivil Protection Department officials went on site to pull out the bus driver from the vehicle and gave first aid to at least five passengers on the King Long vehicle.
The passengers were also taken to hospital for treatment. Police said they sustained "minor injuries".
The other three vehicles that were damaged following the crash are a Peugeot 2008, a Mercedes E220D and a Maruti 800. None of these drivers were injured.
The road has been closed to traffic as debris from the crash littered the area.
