"Need to know about knees - experiences at Liverpool FC" is the theme of a lecture at the Fortina Spa Resort tomorrow by Liverpool FC doctor Mark Waller.

Waller has been carrying out his duties for the Merseyside club as first team doctor since 1993 after starting at the English Premier League club in 1989.

Four years ago he was also appointed by the English FA as the national U-21 team's physician and a representative on the British Olympic Association Medical Committee. Waller is a member of the FA's Medical Committee specific to teams.
