Belair Real Estate, whose magazine is out tomorrow free with The Sunday Times, has launched a new scheme that opens up opportunities for long-term investors in the letting market.
A combination of low interest rates, reduced prices and an increase in rental demand has led to the launch of Belair Approved - Buy To Let campaign.
The scheme offers a select range of properties that have been carefully vetted by the company's dedicated team of professional sales and letting negotiators. It ensures that a gross rental return of five per cent is achieved on total capital outlay, which is inclusive of all works, furniture, soft furnishings, stamp duties and notary's fees.
Advice on furnishings and interior design is also readily available as part of the scheme to ensure the proposed rents are achieved.
Belair has also been active in other sectors. The company's collaboration with Sicily specialists, Go Sicily Properties, means it can offer beautiful countryside, seaside and mountain properties in the south eastern part of Sicily at low prices.
The magazine will be Belair's seventh edition. It is designed by Mediamaker Limited and printed by Progress Press, both members of the Allied Group of Companies.
