A Malta Darts Association team will be participating in the sixth Mediterranean Cup next week in Gibraltar.

The men's team is composed of Mario Camilleri, Vince Busuttil, Godfrey Abela and Alfred Desira. The ladies' team is made up of Joyce Fenech and Lilian Abela. Noel Gauci and Paul Sciberras are team managers and Charles Ghiller is captain.

The team events will be played on May 19 with the singles and doubles the next day, leaving the semi-finals and finals for May 21.

In previous editions, Malta won the gold medal in the men's teams event in Bulgaria in 2001, men's doubles in 2002 in Italy, and the men's teams and doubles, together with the overall championship trophy, in Cyprus two years ago.
