Robert Zammit and Yvette Buttigieg will today present the Maltese flag to Pat Cox, president of the European Parliament in Strasbourg.

The youths were nominated by the National Youth Council to represent all the youths in Malta and Gozo. They will be receiving the EU flag in return.

The Maltese flag will be used in the European Parliament while the EU flag will be used during official celebrations in Malta on May 1.

The EU flag will be presented to the President of Malta on the young people's return tomorrow.

They will be accompanied from the airport at noon by a group of young cyclists.
