Prime Minister Joseph Muscat has had a meeting with Israeli Minister of Energy and Water Silvan Shalom in Tel Aviv.

They discussed energy and water conservation projects, with particular reference to water recycling and other water technologies.

The Prime Minister remarked that the Minister for Energy, Konrad Mizzi, is due to visit Israel next week to hold talks Mr Shalom on cooperation with Israel relating to energy and water projects.
