I would like to congratulate the Malta Knights National Rugby League team for their outstanding win over Greece in their inaugural match in Sydney on October 8.

It was wonderful to see so many fellow Maltese supporters show their support for our very own National Rugby League team.

On October 22, the Malta Knights will play against the England Lionhearts, this time on 'home' soil at the Marsa ground, the first Rugby League international held in Malta.

This should be a great match and I wish the Malta Knights team the very best of luck and a big crowd to cheer them on.
