The following are the top stories in the Maltese newspapers today.

Times of Malta and most other newspapers report how a Rabat motorcyclist died in a traffic accident late yesterday afternoon. l-orizzont quotes a pillon reader who said he had just got off the motorcycle in order to take a picture of the motorcyclist as he approached.

In other stories, Times of Malta quotes the Archbishop saying gay conversion therapy is a 'no go'. It also quotes the Dean of the Faculty of Law saying that court attorneys are lawyers. The comment was made amid the controversy about a lawyer's eligibility to become magistrate.

The Malta Independent says that only 65% of Maltese eight-year-olds feel completely safe at home.

l-orizzont reports on the 'mysterious engagement'  of a 'spy,' Jurgen Cassar, in the Office of the Ombudsman. Mr Cassar previously worked in the Office of the Prime Minister. He was engaged by the Office of the Ombudsman after a public call, but the ETC was not informed.

In-Nazzjon quotes Simon Busuttil saying Joseph Muscat is seeking to deceive all sections of society.
