The Sunday Times of Malta reports that the police are investigating an allegation that a Pakistani living in Malta is conning individuals out of thousands of euros by claiming he can help them bring their families to Malta.

It also reports that an expert has warned that vibrations from explosives suspected to have been used at the Inland Sea in Dwejra could have an effect on the Azure Window

MaltaToday says the Attorney General is reviewing the pardon granted to oil trader George Farrugia after a former Enemalta official was acquitted in the oil procurement scandal.

The Malta Independent says Konrad Mizzi's Panama company was transferred to a New Zealand trust on the same day that Gasol sold its shares in Electrogas.

Il-Mument says Health and Energy Minister Konrad Mizzi is still hiding a contract he signed with healthcare firm Vitalis which has a link to investors who hid away their funds at the British Virgin Islands.

It-Torca says a 2006 Mepa rationalisation exercise made several people millionaires as development was allowed in previously green areas. 

Kullhadd says that according to Mepa, the pool deck of Beppe Fenech Adami's house is illegal as it is way bigger than anything the authority allows.

Illum says the PL is expected to intensify its attacks on Beppe Fenech Adami, focusing on close links with big contractors.
