Maltanet managers and team leaders recently participated in an intensive training programme incorporating Neuro-Linguistic Programming methodologies and techniques, organised and conducted by Larissa Redaelli, licensed NLP trainer from New Training Dynamics, and Esmeralda Micallef Zerafa, licensed NLP practitioner.

The training focused on enhancing interpersonal and intrapersonal communication and managing internal and external customer relationships and strategic selling. Other topics included motivation, communication and self-development.

HR executive at Maltanet Dorianne Bianco Mallia said all the participants agreed that the training offered by New Training Dynamics was worthwhile and that NLP was a very effective tool in day-to-day management.
