Lighthouse Communications and leading Italian printing house Fratelli Spada yesterday signed an affiliation agreement.
Fratelli Spada has offices and representatives in various European countries and offers printing and publishing services as well as audio and visual productions.
Present for the launch at the Westin Dragonara Resort were Economics Services Minister Josef Bonnici, Fratelli Spada commercial director Marco Marziale and Lighthouse Communications managing director Roderick Muscat Monsigneur.
Prof. Bonnici said that Malta`s marketing and communications sector could now benefit from new technology and printing methods as well as being in a better position to compete with the international market in the field.
Mr Muscat Monsigneur said: "This new business venture adds to the company`s portfolio. Over the last six years the company has done its utmost to provide the local consumer with innovative products and marketing services."
Among its publications, Lighthouse Communications issues Where Malta tourist magazine and The Bargain, which is distributed to every household across Malta and Gozo on a monthly basis.
Mr Muscat Monsigneur said that apart from premium quality, Fratelli Spada offered exceptional service that was as yet unmatched on the local market.
