Pope Francis has appointed Fr Angelo Falzon OFM as Bishop of Comayagua, Honduras.

The Archdiocese of Malta and the Diocese of Gozo said Archbishop Charles J. Scicluna, Bishop Anton Teuma and Auxiliary Bishop Joseph Galea-Curmi welcomed the appointed, congratulated Mgr Falzon and promised him their prayers.
