This is an important year for the Mon Lung Kwoon club. The Kung Fu organisation has recently been recognised as a member of the International Kung Fu Federation (IKF) whose main goal is to unify the practice of Kung Fu worldwide by mutual collaboration between member clubs.

The Mon Lung Kwoon club will be holding courses for beginners shortly.
