Man, 25, grievously injured in fall

The man fell around one storey down a shaft in a garage

A 25-year-old man was grievously injured when he fell into a shaft in a garage in Santa Venera. 

The police said the man fell around one storey down a shaft on Triq Ħal Qormi at around 12.30pm.

The Indian national, who lives in Lija, was rushed to Mater Dei Hospital.

Police investigations are ongoing.
